GNU Sed was first authored by Jay Fenlason ([email protected]) and later modified by Tom Lord ([email protected]). Ken Pizzini ([email protected]) and Paolo Bonzini ([email protected]) took over and maintained it for many years. GNU Sed is currently being maintained by Jim Meyering ([email protected]) and Assaf Gordon ([email protected]).
